Contacting Mr Yum customer support

How do I get support from Mr Yum?

Looking for Mr Yum help? There are loads of options when you need assistance, pick the one that works best for you!

1. Search our Help Centre or ask a question in the Community 

See if someone else has already answered your question by searching the Mr Yum Help Centre or ask a question in one of the Community forums. 

2. Contact chat support

Do you have an order & pay related question? Login to Manage and click the chat bubble icon on the bottom right. Someone from our chat support team will be there to answer your questions (there's an average response time of 37 seconds!). 

If you have a question about Connect, log in to your Connect account and go to your profile picture in the top right, and click Help & Support. Click Get in Touch and fill out the form.

3. Send an email
