How long do refunds take?

If your order was refunded but hasn't come through to your bank yet, check the following points below.

1. Refunds can take 3-5 days to process depending on which bank you are with. If it's within this period, you might still be waiting on your bank to process the refunds
2. If your order was refunded close to when the payment was made, the refund may have gone through as a reversal. For a reversal, the original amount will be adjusted rather than seeing an additional line item on your statement showing the refunded amount.
3. If neither of the above points is relevant, please check with the venue that they have properly processed the refund
