I'm having trouble with payment verification through 3D Secure

3D Secure is a page that pops up to verify if you want to pay through the Mr Yum platform and occurs when you're paying with a new payment method most of the time.

If you are having trouble verifying your payment method through 3D secure (example pictured above), please try the following:

1. Make sure you are not in private browsing.
2. Please try refreshing the page and trying again.
3. Try using Apple or Google Pay or an alternative card.

Because the security measure is created from the payment method provider/bank, we aren't able to resolve issues with it through Mr Yum Support. In the event that you aren't able to load/proceed with this step, the next best workaround would be to try another card and/or payment method.
