Click the Plus symbol at the top right of your screen
Click on Triggers located in the pane on the right side of your screen
Select the Trigger that you would like to use for your automation
Drag selected Trigger into the Trigger box of the flow chart
A pop up box will appear, click on underlined text to adjust the trigger rules
Click Save
Click on Criteria in the pane on the right side of your screen
Select criteria you would like to add to your automation
Drag selected criteria into the flow chart
A pop up box will appear, click on the underlined text to adjust the criteria rules
Click Save
To add an Action, click on Action in the pane on the right side of your screen
Select relevant Action for your automation
Drag selected Action into flow chart
A pop up box will appear, click on the underlined text to adjust/set the action rules
Click Save
Repeat above sets as desired until automation is set up to your liking
To save, enter a name for your automation and a description )located at the bottom of your screen
Click Save and Close
