Only users & roles with access to White Label Management can update the Look and Feel of the platform.
A number of features are available in the platform to allow you to customise the theme of platform to match your branding and theme. Used alongside a custom sub-domain, you can setup the platform to function as your own product.
To access the White Label setting, navigate over your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings White Label.
There are four main categories of updates that can be made:
The company details are displayed on the product's login page, title bar and in the Help section. You can also specify a link to your own branded knowledgebase if you have chosen to create one. When your customers are attempting to get in touch with you, we will display the company details specified in this section.
In the Help & Support section of the platform, a phone number and email address is provided to your users in order to allow them to reach your support team.
Specify your support email address (this is also linked to the "get in touch" form) and phone number to be displayed in the Help section of the platform.

Branding & Theme
We allow you to customise the theme and branding that is displayed to your customers to allow you to match the look of the product to your overall brand & website.
The Theme Preview area allows you to view the changes you make in real-time.
A logo and background header image can also be uploaded. The branding updates made will affect all parts of the platform including the Login page.
