Boolean
Boolean field is a variable that can have one of two possible values
E.g. Opt In / Opt Out
Date
A date field should be set up for any date that you would like to store within your database
E.g. Anniversary
Date Time
A date time field allows you to collect both the date and time of a particular event
E.g. Function Date and Function Start Time
Date of Birth
A date of birth field allows you to capture the date of birth for your contacts
Email
An Email field allows you to capture the email address for the contacts within your database
Gender
A gender field will allow you to capture the gender of the contacts within your database
Mobile
The mobile field allows you to capture the mobile number of contacts
Multiple Choice
A multiple choice field allows you to set up a customised field, whereby contacts can select more than one option
E.g. Interested in Receiving:
- Daily updates
- Weekly digests
- Monthly newsletters
- Information on specials and upcoming events
Single Choice
A single choice field allows you to set up a customised drop down field, whereby contacts can only select one option
E.g. How satisfied were you with the service you received?
- Extremely satisfied
- Satisfied
- Underwhelmed
- Disappointed
String
A string field allows you to capture a single line of text (a name, word, brief phrase or sentence)
E.g. What is your favourite colour?
Text Area
A text area field allows you to capture a paragraph of text
E.g. Tell us about your recent experience?
Time
A time field allows you to collect the time of a particular event
E.g. Start time
