Viewing menus and placing orders during that time may not work. As well as opening the Manage app to manage existing orders.
When can to expect it
Monday 21 Feb 2022, from 0000 to 0700 UTC+0. This means venues who are actively trading past Midnight on the Sunday before, would be most impacted by this migration.
We do not anticipate taking up the entire window period, however, we recommend you to prepare accordingly so that you aren’t directly affected during this period.
What action do you need to take
This is relevant to you only if you are actively trading, or managing your menu during this time. Nothing is required from you if not.
We recommend turning off ordering 15 minutes before the window at 2345 UTC+0 Sunday 20 Feb so no orders and/or menu changes are inadvertently caught and unfulfilled. (Orders > Turn On/Off > Toggle off “Is ordering currently available”)
Then, when you next open up your venue, turn ordering on again with the same steps.
