Capturing customer emails for marketing

Add a marketing opt-in message to capture your customer emails. Learn to create opt-in messages and find where your customer information is stored.

By using Mr Yum in your venue, customers agree to our privacy policy, which means you can capture their email addresses and add them to your email marketing list.

To do this, you will export the email addresses from Mr Yum and add upload them into your third party email marketing platform. We are working on direct integrations to make this easier for MyGuestlist and Impact Data and more to come.

From there, you can send them special offers, promotions, news etc, and drive them back into your venue. Of course, they can always unsubscribe from your email list if they want to.

You can ask your customers at the checkout to add their email address to opt-in to receive marketing emails from you. 

Where can I find my customers' email contacts?

  1. Go to Marketing > Opted-In Customers.
Here you will find all your customers' details e.g. name, email and phone number, the date they opted in and the message they opted into. 


  • You can export these details to a CSV file, then upload it to your email marketing platform, for example, MailChimp, MyGuestList or whatever tool you use.
