How to add a user to your Lightspeed Kounta POS Account

  1. From the Back Office of Lightspeed Kounta POS, go to People on the main menu
  2. Click on Invite a new user (big orange button)
  3. You will see this dialogue box appear. Enter the name and email of your staff member
  4. Click Invite & Edit User
  5. Make the user an Admin user permissions. More on this here: manage permissions
